If you want to be a true leader, you must be transparent in your leadership. This involves allowing those who follow you to see both your strengths and your weaknesses. Allowing your mistakes to be transparent for all to see actually builds rapport with those who follow, and will quickly breed loyalty if proactively admitted by you as their leader.
